Aportalia is a suggestion box for your team with one simple promise: every suggestion gets a reasoned answer before the 15th of the following month — even when the answer is no. Here's how it works, step by step.

2 · Process
When the month closes, suggestions are grouped by topic and prioritized with an estimate of cost, impact and savings. Management gets a report they can decide on in 15 minutes.

3 · Answer
Management decides, and every suggestion gets a public answer on the board and by email, before the 15th. No names: the content is neutral.

The outcomes
Every suggestion ends up in one of three.
No suggestion is left in limbo. Each one gets a clear, reasoned outcome, and your team sees it on the board.
In progress
Accepted and put into action. The answer explains what will be done and by when, so your team sees the effect of speaking up.
Under review
It makes sense but needs more analysis: budget, space or fit. The answer says what's still to be decided and when it will be picked up again.
Declined
Not a fit right now. The answer explains why — a reasoned no is still an answer, and it stops the idea coming back without context.
